It’s always handy to have some plain paper plates in the house as there are so many easy craft ideas that you can make with them. You can use this simple paper plate idea to make so may different hat shapes including hearts, stars, bunny ears, princess/prince crown etc..
What you need:
White Paper Plate
Green Paint
Paintbrush
Scissors
Marker
Green Glitter
Instructions:
1) Using a marker draw a simple shamrock shape on the back of a paper plate. The easiest way to do this is draw three heart shapes and a stem. The bigger the better.
2) Cut around the shape of the shamrock and all around the inner circle of the paper plate. It may be easier to fold the plate in half to cut around the rim and it will half your cutting time.
3) Once you are happy with your shape, paint the whole plate green.
4) You can sprinkle some green glitter on your shamrocks to make them really stand out!
5) Leave to dry.
