DIY Rolled Fabric Flower Necklace

By rolling up some old fabric scraps you'll have a bespoke rolled flower necklace in no time.. here's how!

You'll need:
Fabric Scraps
Super Glue
Felt/ Strong Fabric Sheet (A4 size)
Ribbon
Small Scissors
Jewels, Beads or Bling to decorate

1. Start by rolling your fabric flowers. There is a knack to the rolling (kind of twisting and gluing as you go .. best described by TaterTotsandJello.com in photos, words and even a video! Click here for tutorial

2. Draw a half moon shape on some felt or strong fabric. This acts as your backing fabric to keep the rolled flowers together, but flexible enough to hang nicely as a necklace centerpiece. Cut out and glue on your rolled fabric flowers.
3. Once you've decided where the rolled fabric flowers are going to go, super glue them on to the backing fabric or felt sheet. Leave to dry, then glue each fabric flower at the sides to one another and leave to dry.

4. If youre happy the flowers are all secure, using a small scissors (I used a clean nail scissors) cut away the backing material so it cannot be seen behind the rolled fabric flowers.

5. Glue the ribbon to the top flowers and leave to dry.

6. If you like, decorate your necklace with any odds and ends you can find- beads, jewels or bling!
