This Valentines day make someone's day extra special by giving them a frame showing memories together you shared in different locations. All you need is a map of each location with a heart cut around the exact location, frame (large frame, divided frame or separate frames for each memory), scissors & a marker.
Alternative ideas for this cheap and cheerful handmade craft include:
- One for the kids - where you were born, where you go to school, where you live
- One for the grandparents - where you were each born, where you got married, where you now live
- One for friend's engagement gift - where you had your first date, where you had your first kiss, where you got engaged
Craftea Tip! .. You can also leave some blank space in the frames for the memories to come!!!
Here's some photos of the work in progress. One of the best tricks here is that the map of each location was colour printed out on regular paper (but actual maps work just as well if you have them lying around) and the frame cost €1 in a bargain shop.
