All you need is:
- A Mini Blackboard
- Chalk or if you want to write permanently on the board use Non Toxic Paint with kids or TypEx
- Clothes Pegs
- Optional: Paint, markers and felt
- Super Glue
We painted the border of our blackboard in red with some non
toxic paint and let it dry.
Get writing on your board. Tip: it’s best to
practice first in chalk if you are going to paint on the letters permanently.
Once this
is done & dry, draw some hearts if you like on your clothes pegs with a marker or
crayon – after all it is that time of year, or alternatively give the pegs a
coat of any colour paint. I glued on a
little felt heart as the dot on the ‘i’. You can add any shapes or decorations
you’d like with some left over felt or stickers.
Plan where to stick the clothes pegs and super glue them in place.
Once everything is dry and the glue has set, just gather up
all those odd socks and let’s hope they find their ‘sole mate’ soon!
