These simple pencil toppers
are a great addition to any kids school pencil case and such good fun to make.
What you need:
Selection of coloured pencils
Coloured pom poms
Googly eyes
Pipe cleaners
Glue
Glue
Instructions:
1.Choose what colour
pom poms you would like to use for each pencil.
2.Twist a pip cleaner around the top of the pencil so
it looks like a spiral at the top of the pencil.
3.Stick your googly
eyes onto the pom poms you choose.
4.Glue your pom pom googly eyes onto the top of
the pipe cleaner
