When it comes to saying thank you its always lovely to go the extra mile and make something special for the recipient. Here's a simple way to make a present twist so that your thank you card and gift are combined!
You'll need: Any Bottle, White Paper, Stick of Glue, Gems/Photo or any other decoration!
I chose to give a bottle of wine but similarly you could pick a glass bottle of lemonade or some nice sparkling fruit juice. Its all about the personalising this gift anyway.. the bottle content becomes secondary to the message!
With some white paper cut out a piece the size of the label and cover it. Paste on the paper with some glue. Then get creative!
Add any embellishments you have like this one...
Or print out a photo or chop up an actual photo and glue it on. You can write a message on the label and decorate the background. I made this one for my parents after my dad made us some wooden benches and my mum had minded my daughter while I did some messages. Rather than just giving them a plain old bottle of wine, it was fun to make the bottle into something they could display in their wine collection!
